Troubleshooting

Why is there no sound?

When the browser popup asks what to share, you MUST check the "Share system audio" box (usually in the bottom-left corner). On Mac, system audio capture is often restricted by the OS security settings.

How to edit the video?

The file is saved as .webm. You can use our Video Converter or free tools like Handbrake or VLC to convert it to MP4 if needed.
